A clear unboxing video and product images may be required for verification.

- Products showing signs of use
- Products without original packaging
- Requests made after the return period
- Change of mind purchases (unless specifically approved)
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
